Sintali are pleased to announce four new training course dates for industry professionals seeking to become Building with Nature Qualified and Approved Assessors. The course is also suitable for those looking to take a deeper dive in to the Building with Nature Standards Framework and how it defines what good green infrastructure looks like.

  • 2nd - 3rd October 2024

  • 4th - 5th December 2024

  • 12th - 13th March 2025

  • 11th - 12th June 2025

The Assessor Training course qualifies individuals to become a Building with Nature Approved Assessor for both development projects and policy. The three days of training includes a 2-day online training session, based on a combination of presentations and interactive workshops, and a one-day desk assessment to carry out in your own time after the training session.

As well as an introduction to Building with Nature and green infrastructure, delegates are given an in-depth tour of the Standards Framework and how and when to use BwN, including the role of the Assessor and the Assessment and Accreditation process. The training is interactive, delivered in small groups and uses a real-life case study to build understanding and practice application.

The training is suitable for landscape architects, ecologists, engineers, public health practitioners and other built environment professionals with full or chartered membership of one or more the following bodies: Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management, Landscape Institute, Royal Town Planning Institute, Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management, or another relevant body.
