A small residential scheme offering 87 homes and public open space, this scheme works hard to retain existing green infrastructure features including hedgerows and ditch habitats as well as creating new habitats such as wildflower rich grassland. As a result, the development will deliver significant biodiversity gains on site and bring more nature into the community, with plans for shared green spaces, educational outreach, local food production and community involvement in the management of the green space.
